The work done was performed extremely well. Two men moving some very heavy items and other stuff. These guys are self starters and didn't need anyone standing over them to ask "what's next"! All that needs improved on is the scheduling. The rest of the experience was very smooth!

The response time on my original request for an in-person estimate was amazingly fast (within 10 minutes). I liked that I was able to set the appointment for the next day. They came prepared that if I liked the estimate then they could go ahead and take my junk away at the same time. James and Floyd were great, very nice and efficient as well as getting the job done within 30 minutes. I don't have a single negative thing to say and will definitely be using again in the future.
